After a four-year hiatus, the Philippine International Motor Show (PIMS) organized by the Chamber of Automotive Manufacturers of the Philippines Inc. (CAMPI) will be back at the World Trade Center this September. With the theme “Mobility + Humanity: Innovating for the Common Good, ” PIMS 2022 will focus on innovations that provide safer, more efficient, and sustainable mobility for all.

CAMPI members will be in full attendance in this year’s show, including the three newly-minted member-brands: 

• BMW • Kia
• Chery (new) • Mazda
• Foton • Mitsubishi
• Geely (new) • Nissan
• Honda • Suzuki
• Hyundai (new) • Toyota
• Isuzu

We aim to unite and drive our collective towards a united mission of building a better and more sustainable future for Filipinos through mobility. We will accomplish this by coming together to showcase the positive impact of sustainable and future-ready innovations on our day-to-day lives,” said CAMPI President Atty. Rommel Gutierrez.

Like previous editions of PIMS, the motor show will feature car launches, displays, and daily presentations by the exhibitors. Test drive units will also be available for visitors to drive around a designated track. Ancillary activities include aftermarket retail booths where special parts and service appointments will be offered; car club meets; as well as a variety of family activities prepared to make the show an enjoyable experience for everyone.

The Bank of the Philippines Islands (BPI) is this year’s exclusive auto financing partner and diamond sponsor. Foton, the official mobility partner, will be providing 3 Modernized Jeepneys to be used as shuttle service during the 4-day event. From 10 AM to 7 PM, the shuttles will ferry guests free of charge between the World Trade Center and SMX Convention Center.

The 8th PIMS will be held at the World Trade Center in Pasay City from September 15 to 18, 2022 (Thursday to Sunday). Tickets are priced at Php 200 each, with the first 1,000 ticket buyers getting a 50% discount every show day. Gates will be open from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
