As part of its program to better take care of its Ka-panda rider partners, leading online food and grocery platform foodpanda recently unveiled its pandaPatrol: Hub on Wheels, a foodpanda-branded bus that will visit several provinces and cities nationwide to connect with its associates.
The pink-colored coaster will be making stops at select stations of partner stations Caltex, Jetti, and Unioil, and will be a venue for Ka-pada rider partners to rest, connect, and enjoy the prepared activities and games.

The roadshow will start in Luzon and will visit areas of the Visayas and Mindanao by the end of the year.
“We wanted to bring the experience closer to our Ka-pandas by visiting them in their local provinces and cities,” said foodpanda Philippines Operations Director Patricia Jacinto.
Aside from the prepared interactive activities, the pandaPatrol coaster will also serve as a support hub for delivery partners where they can personally meet foodpanda representatives to raise any concerns on the spot. “Right then and there, we can hear them out and provide the appropriate solution to their queries – whether they are having technical issues with their accounts, need assistance on their delivery sessions, or simply want to provide feedback for process improvement,” added Jacinto.
Other activities include redemption of exclusive merchandise and other items from their Bamboo points, foodpanda’s rewards program for partner riders where they can earn points for completing specific tasks or successful deliveries.

Fun Fact: The viral SPC Dancing Riders who grace most of foodpanda’s events are actual Ka-panda Delivery Partners.
Even interested applicants can also apply onsite to become a part of the Ka-panda community.
Aside from the activities, foodpanda will provide onsite rider support and assistance so that Ka-pandas can learn about, and avail of, the different initiatives and services available at their disposal.
With the pandaPatrol: Hubs on Wheels on the road to spread cheer and support, foodpanda continues to make a difference in the lives of its Ka-pandas. “Whether it’s for support and assistance on their livelihood or fun and engaging activities, we are here to make their lives better,” Jacinto said. “Creating a positive and engaging environment for our hardworking Ka-pandas is always a top priority because we believe that it’s not just about delivering food but also about providing happiness and support for them.”
