MG Philippines sold 5,085 vehicles in its first year of operations in the country. In case that number isn’t shocking enough, that equates to more than 420 units sold per month. Not too shabby for a brand that’s been around (under TCCCI) for less than a year and a half. These numbers were led by the MG ZS Crossover SUV, which accounted for over half of their total sales in 2019. Aside from the ZS Crossover, MG Philippines also has the RX5 SUV, the MG 6 Fastback sedan, and the MG 5 sedan in its stable of offerings.
On top of the standard 5-year or 100,000km warranty (whichever comes first), MG vehicles also get free periodic maintenance service (PMS) for a year. There is also the My MG mobile app (available for Android devices, via Google Play) that allows users to schedule vehicle servicing appointments, make parts inquiries, and locate nearby MG dealerships from the convenience of their smartphones. The app can also be used to book a visit from a Mobile Garage service caravan that provides MG owners with vehicle home service for major technical issues. To top it all, MG vehicles also get access to 24/7 roadside support through MG HERO Services that can be reached via the MG Philippines hotline (+632 5328 4664).
