September was a big month for Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation (MMPC) as it closed the month with a total of 5,384 units sold. This number represents a 205% increase versus its prior month performance.

The Mitsubishi Mirage G4 proved to be Mitsubishi Motors’ best selling product as it sold a total of 1,873 units. This was followed by the Mitsubishi L300, which sold 1,698 units. Both products delivered overwhelming performances against its August sales with increases of 391% and 253%, respectively. These numbers can be attributed to the aggressive “Mitsubishi Rollback” promo that reduced the price of the Mirage G4 to as low as Php 207,000, and Php 106,000 for the L300.

Apart from the Mirage G4 and L300, other Mitsubishi products that performed well were the Xpander that sold 899 units; the Strada that sold 656 units; and the Pajero that sold 25 units.

“September was a very good month for MMPC. We are truly grateful to our clients who patronized our brand. We would also like to commend our dealer partners who have displayed strong resiliency towards the tough challenge that we are all facing. We are all geared to finish the year in high spirits and will continue to create programs that will provide easy ownership and excellent customer experience,” said Mutsuhiro Oshikiri, president and CEO of MMPC.

With the successful outcome of the Mitsubishi Rollback promo, MMPC is extending the promo to October 31, 2020. The promo will bring back the selling retail price of the Mirage G4 GLX MT to as low as Php 528,000 and the L300 to Php 698,000.
