Honda Philippines, Inc. (HPI) recently partnered with the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) by conducting the first batch of road safety awareness seminars and assessments for the drivers of the PRC fleet vehicles on January 21-22, 2021 at the Honda Safety Driving Center in Parañaque City.
PRC Chairman & CEO, Sen. Richard Gordon thanked HPI and assured that this partnership will thrive to meet the singular goal to help the people.
“We thank Honda for their initiative to help PRC and our fleet. With their help, we will lead our vehicle force safely without slowing down to help the most vulnerable,” he said.
Last May 20, 2020, HPI donated 104 units of Honda motorcycles to PRC. The donation is to help the organization with mobilization during its rescue operations and emergency situations. The donation and the partnership are in line with HPI’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) program.
