Michelin has announced the opening of Tyreplus in the country. Tyreplus is an internationally renowned car servicing center under the Michelin global network of professionals in car maintenance. The full-service center offers a wide variety of major tire brands, lubricants, batteries, suspension repair, and maintenance, plus other services.
Established in 2002, Tyreplus has grown and expanded to over 2,000 service centers in 17 countries. The first Tyreplus outlet in the Philippines opened its doors on February 13, 2018, at Dr. A. Santos Avenue, San Dionisio, Paranaque, Metro Manila.
The first Tyreplus outlet in the Philipines is located at 8153 Dr. Arcadio Santos (formerly Sucat) in Parañaque.
Tyreplus aims at bringing all-inclusive car care, transparent service, and an inviting experience to the Philippines. Through a standardized vehicle safety check, it’s highly skilled staff will deliver customized advice to match consumer needs at an affordable price.
Among the services offered are tire sales, fitment, and repair; wheel balancing and alignment; lube services such as changing engine and transmission oils and greasing under-chassis, as well as drivetrain components and brake system servicing.
Although no specific price of parts or services was released, Tyreplus pricing is targeted to be competitive and may well less than the car dealerships current price range. The company is committed to focusing on the success of its flagship center before considering expanding within the Philippines as it will need to learn and adapt their system to the local market.
