Administrator Portal Access

To create and manage stories and other content in the new ignition.ph website, you’ll need to log in to the Content Administrator Portal.  The portal is encrypted behind a firewall passkey and account authentication, and accessing it without the proper security credentials will bring you back to the website’s public Home page.

Enter your User Name and Password in the Administrator Portal Login Screen to begin working with website stories and content.

For reference, the active firewall passkey is stored in the ignition.ph Google Drive.

Forgot your Username or Password?

If you forgot your Username or Password, click on the    icon opposite the input field, and the system will send the appropriate username or password recovery email to your account’s associated mailbox.

Your Username or Login is assigned by the Website Administrator and, by default, is linked to your ignition.ph email account.  You may have changed this setting thru the User Account panel of the Content Administrator Portal; if so, please check email notifications on the preferred email mailbox you’ve set on your Account Details.

The Administrator Dashboard

After successfully logging in, you will be taken to your account’s Content Administrator Dashboard.  Depending on your account’s access levels, a number of back-end content items may be available to you:

  1. User Account    — change your account details, such as: Display Name, Password, and associated Email Address (for notifications and system messages)
  2. Stories and Articles —
  3. Images and Media Files —
  4. Calendar and Events —
  5. Content Tags Management —
  6. Banner Ads and Images —
  7. Website Structure Management —
  8. Website Administrator Functionalities —
